This Champagne comes from the Les Couarres vineyard in Lieux-Dits, cultivated with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, a vineyard in the centre of the village, planted in 1982, where the clay brings a beautiful depth and fatness so that the mineral texture refines and reinforces the impression of freshness in the mouth.
