Contains 16% fragrant yuzu fruit juice from Shikoku. By gently squeezing the skin, and after squeezing the juice, we freeze it and store it in an unheated state to create a rich, authentic yuzu sake that allows you to enjoy the fresh, refreshing aroma and fruity taste of freshly picked yuzu.
