Descrizione
Barolo gentile and elegant, obtained from Nebbiolo grapes from the vineyard “Vineyard of Gris” in the Ginestra region, in Monforte d’Alba. With an intense ruby red color tending towards garnet, it has a clear and elegant bouquet of ripe red fruit, blackberries and raspberries on the nose, on a background of spices, dark chocolate, liquorice, and coffee. With a warm, intense and enveloping taste, of great structure, persistent, it goes perfectly with roast or stewed red meats, game and aged cheeses.
