It is the wine that bears the name of the production area and, therefore, the one that best expresses its typicality and character. Made from the same grapes that make up Amarone and Ripasso, it is vinified traditionally without drying and ripening. It is generally a wine of good freshness and medium structure, easy to drink and pleasantly fruity. Simple – but absolutely not trivial – it often reveals a specific area’s potential. From the hills of Costa Arente, always ventilated by the breezes of the Lessini mountains, it takes the elegance typical of Valpantena wines.
