” Our Brut Grand Cru « 75-25 » is aptly named. It is made with 75% Pinot Noir, from the Grand Cru Vineyards of Bouzy and Ambonnay, which bring structure, vinosity, fruitiness and crisp to the cuvée. Adding 25% Chardonnay from the Grand Cru Vineyards of Avize, heart of the Côte des Blancs, mitigate the footprint of Pinot Noir bringing freshness to this cuvee. This subtle combination allows us to offer a quality champagne, perfectly balanced. ” (Jean Baptiste Prevost, winemaker)
