Unique know-how of the Veuve Fourny House: a blend of hand-picked Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The grapes come from the best places of the Côte des Blancs, around 80% from plots classified as Premiers Crus dominantly from Vertus and 20% from plots as Grands Crus. Kept in small oak casks, the reserve wines enhance the complexity of this exceptional cuvée. A fresh and fruity champagne, a perfect balance of liveliness and freshness. A great tasting moment.
