This is Castelvecchio’s most structured and important wine and comes from grapes harvested in mid/late October. A ruby red wine with an intense and harmonious bouquet rich in a thousand nuances that evolve with ageing. The flavour is full-bodied, elegant and ample. It is an ideal complement to meats, roasts or game of high culinary proposals.
