Exactly what we’re looking for in Amburana! Cinnamon-vanilla breakfast cereal, carrot cake, caramel soaked sponge cake, and vanilla glaze are layered on the nose. On the palate raisin bread and more carrot cake with a dose of caramel cream, vanilla candies and a slow burn of spicy cinnamon sticks underneath. The finish is long, balanced and just delicious with coffee cake and raisins slowly fading into spicy cinnamon and clove as vanilla and caramel flavors drift away.
